<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, ~~
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated October 1, 2009, and executed by Bret A. Baxter and Debra A. L,r~
<br />Baxter, Husband and Wife , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the d
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska on October $, 2009, as Instrument No. 200908099, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
