<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated June 1.7, 2.004, and recorded on rune 21, 2004,
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska at
<br />Instrument No. 0200406135 wherein Natalia L. Kinport, a single
<br />person is named Trustor; and Mortgage Electronic Registration
<br />Systems, Inc. is named Beneficiary; and Gary D. Byrne is named
<br />Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on
<br />the trust therein expressed., the property above described to
<br />secure, among other obligations, payment of a promissory note of
<br />even date in the principal amount of $76,500.00 and interest
<br />thereon according to the terms thereof; that the beneficial
<br />interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned by Mortgage Electronic
<br />Registration Systems, Inc. to Everhome Mortgage Company by an
<br />Assignment dated April 19, 2010 and recorded on May 5, 2010 in
<br />Instrument #201.003025 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska. That by Substitution of Trustee dated
<br />April. 20, 2010, made k>y Everhome Mortgage Company Grantor was
