N. NOTICE OF DEFAULT: The Trustor requests that'a copy of any Notice of Default and of any Notice of Sale hereunder be mailed to Trustor at the address hereinabove set forth. O. COSTS: The Trustor and the Beneficiary shall each pay one-half of the costs, including attorney and recording fees for this Deed of Trust and all accompanying documents. P. ATTORNEY'S FEES: In the event either party defaults in the performance of this contract and the aggrieved party has to resort to a lawsuit to enforce their rights hereunder, the aggrieved party shall be entitled to compensation for the aggrieved party's damages in connection with said lawsuit, including accrued and estimated court costs and attorney's fees to the full extent then allowed by the Court where said action is filed.
