201005342 Exhibit "A" Parcel 1; The North Half (N1/Z) of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of Section Four (4), Township Eleven [11) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 5t" P.M., Hall County, Nebraska Parcel Z: The South Half of the Southeast Quarter (S1/2 SE1/4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Twelve (1Z], West of the 6t~1 P.M., except the right-of--way of the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad Company and except all that part of the said south half of the southeast quarter lying south and west of said railroad right-of-way containing 1.8 acres conveyed by Travelers Insurance Company to Opal Piersol by Warranty Deed dated January Z4, 1939, and except a certain tract described in deed recorded in Book 147 at Page 15 of the official Hall County deed records, and except a tract of land described in deed recorded in Book 12S at Page 257 of said deed records, and except a tract containing on a acre, more or less, described in deed recorded as Document Nn. 76-001425 and Document No. 7b-g0142~ of said official deed records; together with all that part of the south half of the southwest quarter that lies north and east of the right-of-way of the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad Company, and except a certain tract described in Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 9$-105826 of the official deed records of Hall County; both of said tracts being subject to existing roads, easements, rights-of-way and restrictions of record; and except a tract of land comprising a part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4, SE1/4) of Section Thirteen [13), Township Twelve [1Z) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6t" P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of said Section Thirteen (13); thence northerly along the east line of said Section Thirteen [13), a distance of Two Hundred (200.0) feet; thence deflecting left 89°53'10" and running westerly, a distance of Seventy-One and Seventy Five Hundredths (71.75) feet to a point on the westerly right-of-way line of Highway No. 11, this being the ACTUAL place of beginning; thence continuing westerly along the last described course, a distance of Two Hundred Nine and Two Hundredths (209.2) feet; thence deflecting right 34°55'30" and running northwesterly a distance of Six Hundred Fifty Four and Twenty Eight Hundredths (654.2$) feet; thence deflecting right 325°26' and running easterly, a distance of Seven Hundred Forty Four and Ninety Seven Hundredths (744.97) feet, to a point on the westerly right-of-way line of said Highway No. 11; thence southerly along said right-of--way line, a distance of Three Hundred Sixty Nine and Sixty Five Hundredths (369.65) feet to the ACTUAL place of beginning and containing 4.Ob0 acres more or less Reserving, however, to the grantors for the benefit of other land owned by them in said Section 13, a right-of- way lane for vehicles and farm machinery over the North twenty (ZO) feet of these premises. ~ ,lei.
