<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated March 2$th, 2000 executed by Ted Robb, a single person, in
<br />which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Document
<br />#0200002490, on the 31st day of March, 2000, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Paints Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />PARCEL 1: THE SOUTHERLY ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY EIGHT AND SIX TENTHS

<br />PARCEL 2: LOT NINE(9), COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL PARK SUBDIVISION OF
<br />PART OF BLOCK ONE(1), NELSEN SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, EXCEPTING A CERTAIN TRACT DEEDED TO
<br />BOSSELMAN, INC., A NEBRASKA CORPORATION, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
<br />IN WARRANTY DEED RECORDED AS DOCUMENT NO $`f-106507.
<br />PARCEL 3: LOT ELEVEN (11), SUNNY ACRES SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
