<br />CORRECTIVE SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE
<br />JENNIFER J. STRAND, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, whose
<br />address is 301 S. 13th Street, Ste. 500, Lincoln, Nebraska 6850$, is hereby appointed successor
<br />trustee under the Deed of Trust and Security Agreement dated June 10, 1999, executed by
<br />CONTINENTAL VILLAS, LTD, the Trustor, and Assurity Life Insurance Campany (formerly
<br />known as The Security Mutual Life Insurance Company of Lincoln, Nebraska), a Nebraska
<br />corporation, as "Beneficiary," and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company is named as
<br />Trustee, and filed for record June 11, 1999 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 99-105969, as modified by that certain Assignment, Assumption and
<br />Release Agreement, executed by Continental Villas, Ltd, and O'Connor Enterprises, Inc., a
<br />Nebraska corporation, for the benefit of Beneficiary, dated July 31, 2003, and filed for record
<br />July 31, 2003, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No.
<br />0200309959. The trust property affected is legally described as follows:
<br />Lots One (1) and Two (2) and Outlot "A," Block Four (~1), Continental Gardens,
<br />an addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />This Corrective Substitution of Trustee corrects and replaces the Substitution of
<br />Trustee filed on April 27, 2010, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 0201002799. Said Substitution of Trustee did not include the
<br />correct substitute trustee.
