<br />- -- SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island,
<br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by DUFFAY M HEMMINGSEN, AN UNMARRIED PERSON, as Trustor, in which EQUITABLE
<br />BANK, FKA EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, is named as
<br />the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated DECEMBER 19,
<br />2003,E and recorded DECEMBER 19, 2003, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL
<br />County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 2oo3i~217 regarding the real estate described in
<br />paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by DUFFAY M HEMMINGBEN, AN UNMARRIED PERSON, as trustor, to Earl D.
<br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA
<br />EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND as Beneficiary, dated
<br />DECEMBER 19, 2003, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County,
<br />Nebraska as Document No. 20031b217, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed
<br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.

<br />FRACTIONAL LOT THREE (3), OF NAGY'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
