<br />ELECTRIC EASEMENT
<br />Robert G. Wenzl and Reburta R. Wenzl, husband and wife, herein called Grantor, in
<br />consideration of the sum of Twelve Thousand Nine Hundred Three and No/100 Dollars
<br />($12,903.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto
<br />the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement and right-of-way to
<br />survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair, replace, relocate, extend, remove, and operate
<br />thereon, overhead and underground electric lines, static/ground conductors,
<br />communication lines, cables, conduits, pipes, poles, towers, wires, fibers, anchors,
<br />foundations, footings, terminals, transformers, surface markers, and other appurtenances
<br />connected therewith, in, upon, above, along, over, across, underneath, and through a part
<br />of the Southeast Quarter (SE'/a) of Section Twenty-six (26), Township Twelve (12) North,
<br />Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. ,Hall County, Nebraska. The easement and
<br />right-of-way being more particularly described as follows:
<br />The north twenty-seven (27) feet of the south sixty (60) feet and the westtwenty-five
<br />(25) feet of the Southeast Quarter (SE'/4) of Section Twenty-six (26), Township
<br />Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The above-described easement and right-of-way containing a total of 3.12
<br />acres, more or less, as shown on the plat dated November 9, 2009, marked
<br />Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
<br />together with the following rights:
<br />Grantee shall have unrestricted ingress and egress to the above-described
<br />easement and right-of-way for any purpose necessary far the surveying, construction,
<br />inspection, maintenance, repair, replacement, relocation, extension, removal, and
<br />operation of such overhead and underground electric utilities and appurtenances. Such
<br />rights of ingress and egress shall be exercised in a reasonable manner.
<br />Grantor consents to the approval of the proposed construction of electrical
<br />transmission lines and appurtenances by the Nebraska Power Review Board and
<br />Nebraska Public Service Commission, without hearing, and waives any and all notice of
