<br />ELECTRIC EASEMENT
<br />George M. Albin, Jr and Sherril A. Albin, husband and wife, herein called Grantor, in
<br />consideration of the sum of Two Thousand Four Hundred Fift Ei ht and 63/100 Dollars
<br />($2,458.63), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a permanent and
<br />perpetual easement and right-of-way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair,
<br />replace, relocate, extend, remove, and operate thereon, overhead and underground
<br />electric lines, static/ground conductors, communication lines, cables, conduits, pipes,
<br />poles, towers, wires, fibers, anchors, foundations, footings, terminals, transformers, surface
<br />markers, and other appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above, along, aver,
<br />across, underneath, and through a part of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(E'/2NW'/) of Section Twenty-three (23), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10)
<br />West of the 6th P.M. ,Hall County, Nebraska. The easement and right-of-way being mare
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />The easterly twenty-five (25) feet of a tract of land comprising a part of the
<br />Northwest Quarter (NW'/) , of Section Twenty-three (23), Township Twelve (12)
<br />North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, said tract of
<br />land more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the south line of said Northwest Quarter (NW'/), said point
<br />being Cne Thousand Five Hundred Seven and Fuur Hundredths (1,507.04) feet
<br />east of the southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter (NW'/); thence running
<br />northerly ,parallel with the west line of said Northwest Quarter (NW'/), a distance of
<br />One Thousand Five Hundred Forty Nine and Sixty Five Hundredths (1,549.65) feet;
<br />thence running easterly, parallel with the south line of said Northwest Quarter
<br />(NW'/), a distance of One Thousand Ninety Six and Five Tenths (1,096.5) feet to a
<br />point on the east line of said Northwest Quarter (NW'/); thence running southerly,
<br />along and upon the east line of said Northwest Quarter (NW'/), a distance of One
<br />Thousand Five Hundred Forty Nine and Forty Two Hundredths (1,549.42) feet to
<br />the southeast corner of said Northwest Quarter (NW'/); thence running westerly
<br />along and upon the south line of said Northwest Quarter (NW'/). a distance of One
<br />Thousand Seventy Five and Forty Faur Hundredths (1,075.44) feet to the point of
<br />beginning.
