<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the

<br /> Deed of Trust dated June 12, 2008, executed by Philip J. Thede and Christina L. Thede d

<br /> husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as BeneEciary, and the undersigned as Trustee,
<br /> which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as
<br /> Instrument #0200805243 on the 1.8th day of June, 2008, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Paints Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the lleed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot One (1), Block B, Boehm's Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said 'T'rustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
