Francis, the undersigned affiant, being first duly sworn upon oath, deposes and <br />states as follows: <br />1. That the undersigned affiant is of legal age, a resident of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />2. The undersigned affiant personally knew John K. Markussen, Grantor and Trustee of the <br />John K. Markussen and Karen D. Markussen Revocable Living Trust dated January 2, 2001. <br />3. That the undersigned knows from his personal knowledge that Jahn K. Markussen died <br />on the 13th day of January, 2010, at Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Wood River, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />4. The undersigned affiant is the Successor Trustee of the Jahn K. Markussen and Karen D. <br />Markussen Revocable Living Trust dated January 2, 2001, and as such Trustee is administering the <br />property legally described as follows: <br />Lot Six (6) in Block Four (4), Woodbine Addition, an addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />5. Pursuant to the terms of the Trust, the undersigned Successor Trustee has due and lawful <br />authority to sell and convey the above described real property. <br />Further affiant saith not. <br />~~ <br />William A.
