<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corparation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated May 31, 2007 and executed by Roger Krolikowski, a single person, Randy Krolikowsk
<br />and Marcy Krolikowski, husband and wife, as Trustor, i.n which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska
<br />Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Document
<br />#0200704597 at the Register of Deeds oft"ice of Hall County, Nebraska on the 4th day of June, 2007
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Paints Bank, as Trustee, has received froth Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Eighteen (18), Westwood park Eighth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 20t" day of July, 2010.
