Baack, Attorney, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated <br />October 29, 2007, wherein Miguel Rudich and Josefina Rudich, Husband and Wife, are the <br />Trustors, which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, on October 31, 2007, as Instrument No, 200709337 and contains as trust property the <br />following-described real estate: <br />UNIT TWO (2), MORNINGSIDE VILLA'S CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY <br />REGIME I, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA; <br />which is commonly known as 1522 Stagecoach Road, Grand Island, Nebraska; <br />together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br />appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, as well as all replacements <br />and additions; all of which was referred to in that Deed of Trust as the "Property"; <br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that said Trustors have failed to <br />make the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of <br />Trust. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell ar cause to be <br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Nate dated October 29, 2007, <br />owing from Trustors to the Beneficiary, HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, pursuant to the terms of the 1~rust Deed referred to <br />above, which secures this obligation. <br />By: l <br />Arend R.
