<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Patrick A. Brock of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Attorney Number 10433, as Trustee, under a
<br />Deed of Trust dated July 5, 2005, executed by LARRY MACE and JANE MACE,

<br />Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which THE- STAFFING CENTER, INC., a -Mlssour;
<br />Corporation is named as the Beneficiary and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall Caunty, Nebraska, recorded as Document No.
<br />0200506346 on the 12th day of July, 2005, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Patrick A. Brock, of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Trustee, has received from the Staffing Center, Inc., a Missouri Corporation, as
<br />Beneficiary, a written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Eight (8) in West Heights, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska. (2543 West 4`~' Street, Grand Island, Nebraska 68803).
<br />Said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been
<br />fully paid;
<br />Now therefore, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Successor Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at
