<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporatian, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated February 15t, 2001 executed by Geraldine Barrientos a/k/a Jeri
<br />Barrientos; a single person ("Trustar") in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #0200100802, on the 1st day of February, 2001,
<br />and an Modification Of Deed of Trust dated May 23rd, 2006 executed by Geraldine
<br />Barrientos; a single person ("Trustor) which was recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, as Document #0200604877 on the 1st day of June, 2006, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Paints Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />THE SOUTH TWENTY (20) FEET OF LOT THIRTY-ONE (31), AND ALL OF
<br />LOT THIRTY-TWO (32), OF HAWTHORNE PLACE, BEING LOCATED ON PART OF THE
<br />NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW %4) OF SECTION TWENTY-TWO (22), IN T~[OWNSHIP
<br />ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9), WEST OF THE 6T" P.M., HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of
<br />Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 9th_day of July, 2010.
