<br /> WHEREAS, The Bank of Marquette, f/k/a First National Bank of Marquette, Marquette, \j\
<br /> Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated September 14, 1990, executed by Blair H. Q111
<br /> Hines, a single person, as Trustor, in which the Bank of Marquette, Marquette, Nebraska is G
<br /> named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and recorded on October 1, 1990, as
<br /> Document no. 90-105620, in the office of the County Clerk of Hall County, Nebraska, has
<br /> received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums
<br /> secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed of Trust and the Note
<br /> secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for cancellation.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of the Deed of
<br /> Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br /> person legally entitled therein, all the estate and interest derived in the Trustee under the Deed of
<br /> Trust in following described real estate, to-wit:
<br /> Lot One Hundred Seventy One (171), in Buenavista Subdivision, an Addition to the City of
<br /> Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Marquette, Marquette, Nebraska has caused this
<br /> Deed of Reconveyance to be executed by its President and has caused its corporate seal to be
<br /> hereunto affixed on July 13. 2010.
