<br />ELECTRIC EASEMENT
<br />Robert L. Bruhn and Shirley A. Bruhn, husband and wife, herein called Grantor, in
<br />consideration of the sum of One Thousand Nine Hundred Twent and NO/100 Dollars
<br />($1,920.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a permanent and
<br />perpetual easement and right-of-way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair, replace,
<br />relocate, extend, remove, and operate thereon, overhead and underground electric lines,
<br />static/ground conductors, communication lines, cables, conduits, pipes, poles, towers, wires,
<br />fibers, anchors, foundations, footings, terminals, transformers, surface markers, and other
<br />appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above, along, over, across, underneath, and
<br />through a part of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter (W%NE'/) of Section Twenty-three
<br />(23), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. ,Hall County,
<br />Nebraska. The easement and right-af-way being more particularly described as follows:
<br />The westerly twenty-five (25) feet of the South Eighty (80) acres of the North One
<br />Hundred Forty-six (146) acres of the Northeast Quarter (NE%) of Section Twenty-three
<br />(23), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />The above-described easement and right-af--way containing a total of 0.76 acres,
<br />more or less, as shown on the plat dated November 9, 2009, marked Exhibit "A",
<br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
<br />together with the following rights:
<br />Grantee shall have unrestricted ingress and egress to the above-described easement
<br />and right-af-way for any purpose necessary far the surveying, construction, inspection,
<br />maintenance, repair, replacement, relocation, extension, removal, and operation of such
<br />overhead and underground electric utilities and appurtenances. Such rights of ingress and
<br />egress shall be exercised in a reasonable manner.
<br />Grantor consents to the approval of the proposed construction of electrical transmission
<br />lines and appurtenances by the Nebraska Power Review Board and Nebraska Public Service
<br />Commission, without hearing, and waives any and all notice of this matter before those two
<br />regulatory bodies.
