<br />ELECTRIC EASEMENT
<br />Thomas R. Rauert and Paula M. Rauert, husband and wife, herein called Grantor,
<br />in consideration of the sum of Three Thousand Six Hundred and No/100 Dollars
<br />3 600.0, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a permanent and
<br />perpetual easement and right-of-way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair,
<br />replace, relocate, extend, remove, and operate thereon, overhead and underground
<br />electric lines, static/ground conductors, communication lines, cables, conduits, pipes,
<br />poles, towers, wires, fibers, anchors, foundations, footings, terminals, transformers, surface
<br />markers, and other appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above, along, over,
<br />across, underneath, and through a part of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(W'/zNE'/) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of
<br />the 6th P.M. ,Hall County, Nebraska. The easement and right-of-way being more
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />The westerly twenty-five (25) feet of the Northeast Quarter (NE'/) of Section
<br />Fourteen (14), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The above-described easement and right-af-way containing a total of 1.52
<br />acres, mare ar less, as shown on the plat dated November 9, 2009, marked
<br />Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
<br />together with the following rights:
<br />Grantee shall have unrestricted ingress and egress to the above-described
<br />easement and right-of-way far any purpose necessary for the surveying, construction,
<br />inspection, maintenance, repair, replacement, relocation, extension, removal, and
<br />operation of such overhead and underground electric utilities and appurtenances. Such
<br />rights of ingress and egress shall be exercised in a reasonable manner.
<br />Grantor consents to the approval of the proposed construction of electrical
<br />transmission lines and appurtenances by the Nebraska Power Review Board and
<br />Nebraska Public Service Commission, without hearing, and waives any and all native of
