<br />ELECTRIC EASEMENT
<br />Lester L. Petzoldt and Myrna D. Petzoldt, husband and wife, herein called
<br />Grantor, in consideration of the sum of Eight Thousand Six Hundred Forty Two and
<br />33/100_ Dollars ($8,642.33, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and
<br />conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASI~CA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a permanent
<br />and perpetual easement and right-of-way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair,
<br />replace, relocate, extend, remove, and operate thereon, overhead and underground
<br />electric lines, static/ground conductors, communication lines, cables, conduits, pipes,
<br />poles, towers, wires, fibers, anchors, foundations, footings, terminals, transformers,
<br />surface markers, and other appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above, along,
<br />over, across, underneath, and through a part of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(W'/ASE'/) and the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E'/zSW'/) of Section Twenty-
<br />three (23), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. ,Hall
<br />County, Nebraska. The easement and right-of-way being mare particularly described
<br />as follows:
<br />The westerly twenty-five (25) feet of the Southwest Quarter of the
<br />Southeast Quarter (SW'/SE'/)and the easterly twenty-five (25) feet of the
<br />Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE'/SW'/) in Section
<br />Twenty-three (23), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of
<br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The above-described easement and right-of-way containing a total of 1.52
<br />acres, more or less, as shown on the plat dated November 9, 2009,
<br />marked Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
<br />together with the following rights:
