<br />WHEILEAS, pursuant to a certain, agrement entitled "Lease Agreement with Option to ~y
<br />Purchase", recorded as Instrument No. 200212310 in the office of the Register of Deeds of ]'-Tall ~~'
<br />County, Nebraska, S & W LAND Rc INVESTMENTS, A Wyoming Corporation, agreed to lease
<br />certain zeal estate to MARCO A_ VELASQUEZ, NELLIE VELASQLIEZ, a/k/a NELLIE ~
<br />VBLASQUES (now known as NELL~ VELASQUEZ STIEN1IfE) and NORA A. ZEPEDA,
<br />hereixt referred to as the "Lessee," said real estate having a street address of A401v. South Street,
<br />Grand Island, NE, and beiztg legally described as follows:
<br />The Southerly Twenty five (25) feet of the Westerly Ten (10) feet of Lot Seventy-
<br />one (71) and the Westerly Ten (10) feet of Lot Seventy-two (72), in Buenavista
<br />Subdivision, and all of Lot Sixty-six (66), Buenavista Subdivision, all ixt the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />WHEREAS, a certain Notice of Ageement peztaining to the aforementioned Lease
<br />Agreement with Option to Purchase was recazded as Instrument No. 200212309 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of T3a11 County, Nebraska;
<br />WHEREAS, all right, title, and interest of S & W Land & Investments; a Wyoming
<br />Corporation in the above real estate was subsequently transferred to S & W Laud anal Investments,
<br />L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability Company; and
<br />WHEREAS, Marco A. Velasquez has exercised the option to purchase set forth in the
<br />aforementioned Lease Agreement with Option to Purchase,
<br />NOW T1~TERT?FORE, IT IS AGRT?ED that the said Lease Agreement with Option to
<br />Purchase (Instrument No. 200212310 ), as well as the above referenced Notice of Agreement
<br />(Instrument No. 200212309), be and are hereby terminated and released; and
<br />1T TS kURTHE1t AGREED that Nellie Velasquez Stienike and spouse, and Nora E.
<br />Zepeda, specifically release any right they have or may have had in or to the aforementioned Lease
<br />.Agreement and Notice of Agreerueut and auy rights thereunder including, but not lituited to, the
<br />right to lease, purchase, or otherwise retain or acquire any interest in or use o£ the above described
<br />real estate.
