<br />APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE
<br />W EREAS, Robert J. Poe and Judy A. Poe, did by a Security Instrument dated July 24, 2001,

<br />~ , in the ffice of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, at Grand Island, convey the property to the named
<br />Trustee, to secure payment of the described debt, the property legally described as follows:

<br />WHEREAS, the Security Instrument provides that the lender shall have the power to remove the original trustee or any
