2oioo~73s <br />F. Remedies. If Borrower does not pay condominium dues and assessments <br />when due, then Lender may pay them. Any amounts disbursed by Lender under this <br />paragraph F shall become additional debt of Borrower secared by the Security <br />Instrument.
