<br />J. LARRY FUGATE and DANA M. FUGATE, his wife, Grantors, whose address is 208
<br />South Maize Road, Wichita, Kansas 67209, conveys the following described real estate (as
<br />defined in Neb. Rev. Stat.76-201) to:
