Ehlers, a Single Person, as Trustors, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated July 12, 2007, recorded July 17, 2007 and recorded as Instrument #200706036 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska have been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real property (as defined in Neb.
