<br />NOTICE OF SUIT
<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an the 29th day of June, 2010, CitiMortgage, Inc., as the
<br />plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Jon Paul Wade and
<br />Arny M. Wade, as the defendants,. the object and prayer of such Complaint being to obtain an accounting,
<br />to foreclose a deed of trust executed by said Jon Faul Wade and Amy M. Wade to Thomas F. Vetters,
<br />Trustee, for the benefif of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as nominee for Draper and
<br />Kramer Mortgage Corp., Beneficiary, to foreclose any interest in ar lien upon the real estate hereinafter
<br />described of the' above-named defendants, to obtain an order for the sale of the real estate hereinafter
<br />described for the satisfaction of the indebtedness secured by such deed of trust and to obtain other
<br />equitable relief; that such deed of trust is dated October 4, 2006 and was recorded on October 6, 2006, as
<br />Instrument number 0200608985 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />conveyed to such beneficiary the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-
<br />wit:
<br />LOT FOUR (4), IN BLOCK SEVENTEEN (17), IN SCARFF'S ADDITION
<br />TO WEST LAWN IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA AND
<br />ITS COMPLEMENT TO-WIT: LOT ELEVEN (11) OF THE SUBDIVISION
<br />OF LOTS TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY (280), TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY-
<br />ONE (281) AND TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO (282) IN WEST LAWN
<br />IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA;
<br />and that such deed of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to the plaintiff by written assignment
<br />recorded on June 24, 2010, as Instrument Number 0201004387 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
