<br /> OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST ~
<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated February 19, 2004, executed by Wastings Ventures LLC, a
<br />Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as Trustor, in which Pive Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is
<br />named as Beneficiary and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #0200402542, at the
<br />Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 16t"day of March, 2004, and
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit:
<br />Lot Six (6), Block Three (3), Woodland Park Fourth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated February 19, 2004, recorded as
<br />Document #0200402542 at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County on the 16t" day of March, 2004, shall
<br />remain in full fiorce and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 1 ~ day of July, 2010.
