<br />DEED OF TRUST
<br />This Trust Deed is made this day of June, 2010, by and among Richard L Siemers and
<br />Heather R, Siemens, husband and wife, as "Trustor," whose mailing address is 114E 22°d Street, Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska 6$801, and Michael IL Snyder, Attorney at Law, as "Trustee," whose mailing address
<br />is: F.O. Box 1414, Kearney, Nebraska 68848, and Jim Kusxak, whose mailing addresses is P.O. Box
<br />743, Grand Island, Nebraska 68802 as "Beneficiary," whose mailing address is F.O. Box 743, Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska 68802 inconsideration of the advance by Beneficiary to Trustor of the sum specified
<br />below, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and which loan is for business purposes, and any
<br />future, additional, or protective advances made to or on behalf of Trustor at Beneficiary's option, Trustar
<br />irrevocably transfers, conveys, and assigns to Trustee, IIJ TRUST, WITH POWER OF SALE, for the
<br />benefit and security of Beneficiary, their successors anal assigns, under and subject to the terms and
<br />conditions of this Trust Deed, the real property, located in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, and
<br />described as follows:

<br />6`h P.M., Hall. County, Nebraska.
<br />PARCEL 2 DESCRIPTION: A part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(NE 1/4 NW 1/4) of Section Thirty-one (3l), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten
<br />(10) West of the 6"' P.M., Hall County, Nebraska described as follows: Beginning on the
<br />Section Line 408.7 feet West of the Quarter Corner between Sections Thirty (30) and
