<br /> WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br /> Dimitrios Papadopoulos, Husband, and Margot Papadopoulos, Wife, Grantors, to
<br /> Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust
<br /> dated June 3, 2008 in which Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, is
<br /> Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded June 4, 2008, Instrument number
<br /> 0200804811 in of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original stated
<br /> indebtedness of $10,079.48, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary
<br /> have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br /> THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br /> of Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br /> or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally
<br /> described as follow:
