<br /> SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br /> 1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island, G ¢
<br /> NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed
<br /> by E MARBDEN QrAREY AND JACULYN J QrAREY, HUSBAND AND WIFE, aS TrustOr, in which
<br /> EQUITABLE BANK, FKA THE EQUITABLE BUILDING 8v LOAN ASSOCIATION, FSB, is
<br /> named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated APRIL
<br /> 20, 2001, and recorded APRIL 25, 2001, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL
<br /> County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 200103675 regarding the real estate described in
<br /> paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by E MARBDEN GAREY AND JACULYN J Q~AREY, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, to Earl
<br />D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA THE
<br />EQUITABLE BUILDING Sv LOAN ASSOCIATION, FSB as Beneficiary, dated APRIL 20, 2001,
<br />and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as
<br />Document No. 200103673, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
<br />endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed
<br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
