<br />You are hereby given notice of default under the following
<br />Deeds of Trust:
<br />1. Deed of Trust executed by Rafael Orazco and Rita
<br />Orozco, husband and wife, dated September 3, 2004, and recorded
<br />September 7, 2004, as Document No. 0200408927 in the Office of
<br />of Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, said Deed of
<br />Trust securing the following property:
<br />Lot Two (2), Block One Hundred Fifteen (115) in
<br />Railroad Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, commonly known as 811
<br />W 2nd Street, Grand Island, Nebraska
<br />2. Deed of Trust executed by Rafael Orozco and Rita
<br />Orozco, husband and wife, dated September 3, 2004, and recorded
<br />September 7, 2004, as Document No. 0200408925 in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska; said Deed of
<br />Trust securing the following property:
<br />Lot One (1) Columbian Subdivision in the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, commonly
<br />known as 1600 S. Eddy Street, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska
<br />Said default under the terms of said Deeds of Trust has
<br />occurred by virtue of nonpayment of the payments as they became
<br />due and payable under a Promissory Note dated September 5, 2007,
<br />and designated as Loan No. 101214136, in the principal sum of Two
<br />Hundred Sixty One Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Six Dollars and
<br />Fifty One Cents ($261,686.51), together with interest at the rate
<br />of eight percent (8~) per annum payable in thirty five (35)
<br />regular payments of Three Thousand One Hundred Seventy Five
<br />Dollars and Seventy One Cents ($3,175.71) with a final payment due
<br />on September 5, 2010; and by virtue of non-payment of the payments
<br />as they became due and payable under said Promissory Note with a
<br />current amount due and owing as of June 28, 2010, the principal
<br />sum of Two Hundred Twenty One Thousand Nine Hundred Thirteen
<br />Dollars and Ninety Five Cents ($221,913.95), interest of One
<br />Thousand Seven Hundred Two Dollars and Thirty Five Cents
<br />($1,702.35), late charges of Seven Hundred Ninety Three Dollars
<br />and Sixty One Cents ($793.61), far a total of Two Hundred Twenty
<br />Four Thousand Four Hundred Nine Dollars and Ninety One Cents
<br />($224,409.91) and a per diem from and after June 28, 2010, in the
<br />amount of Forty Eight Dollars and Sixty Three Cents ($48.63).
<br />In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to Trustee, Five
<br />Points Bank, for all fees and costs associated with this default
<br />and recovery pursuant to Nebraska Statute §76--1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Trustee, Five Points Bank, has
<br />determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to
<br />satisfy the obligations referred to above.
