<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />That First State Sank, a Nebraska banking corporation, Trustee, upon a Deed of Trust
<br />made and entered into ort or about December 27, 2004, by and between Rodney J. Lilley and
<br />Pamela Quick-Lilley, husband and wife, as Trustors, and First State Bank, as Beneficiary, which
<br />was recorded as Instrument No. 0200412406 in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, herein called the Grantor, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto First State Bank, herein called the Grantee, the following described real estate in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Four (4), in the Northwest Quarter (NW '/<) of Section Twenty (20), Township Nine
<br />(9), Range Eleven (11) West of the 6`'' P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom
<br />a tract of land mare particularly described in Quit Claim Deed recorded in the Register of
<br />Deeds Office in Book 131, Page 539.
<br />To have and to hold the above_described premises together with all tenements,
<br />hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantee, and to Grantee's heirs and
<br />assigns forever.
<br />Grantor does hereby covenant with the Grantee and with the Grantee's heirs and assigns:
<br />1. Rodney J. Lilley and Pamela Quick-Lilley, Trustors, failed to pay the Beneficiary
<br />payments which were contractually due, and the Grantor, at the request of the Beneficiary,
<br />elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest thereon, at once
<br />immediately due and payable.
<br />2. That a Notice of Default was filed by Grantor on April 8, 2010 and recorded as
<br />Instrument No. 0201002329 in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. A
<br />copy of the Notice of Default was served upon Rodney J. Lilley and Pamela Quick-Lilley.
<br />3. That Trustors, Rodney J. Lilley and Pamela Quick-Lilley, failed to cure the default
<br />referenced in the Notice of Default within thirty (30) days after the service of the Notice of
<br />Default.
<br />4. Grantor published notice of Trustee's Sale to be held on June 18, 2010 at 10:00 A.M.
<br />at the Hall County Courthouse, 111 West 1st Street, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801, which notice
<br />was published in the Grand Island Independent, once a week for five (5) consecutive weeks
<br />commencing on May 5, 2010 and ending June 2, 2010. The last publication of notice was at
