<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated April 30, 2007, and recorded on May 1, 2007,
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska at
<br />Instrument No. 200703531 wherein Christopher L. Hunter and Cara
<br />Hunter, husband and wife are named Trustors; and Mortgage
<br />Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. is named Benefic~.ary; and Old
<br />Republic National Title Ins. Co. is named Trustee, wherein Trustors
<br />granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein
<br />expressed, the property above described to secure, among other
<br />obligations, payment of a promissory note of even date in the

<br />the terms thereof; that the beneficial interest in said Deed of
