<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Dee Ann Dupler, as Principal, do hereby appoint
<br />Michael P. Dupler, as my lawful agent and attorney in fact, with full power to act for me, in my name,
<br />with full power to do any and all of the following:
<br />1. Purchase, sell, convey, transfer, lease, encumber, mortgage, manage and otherwise deal with
<br />the following real property located at 4132 Sandalwood Drive, Grand Island NE and more
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />Lot Twenty Eight (28), Westwood Park Tenth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall

<br />2. make, endorse, accept, receive, sign, execute, acknowledge, and deliver settlement statements,
<br />deeds, with or without warranties, deeds of trust, mortgages, leases, assignments, agreements, certificates,
<br />checks, notes, bonds, vouchers, receipts, proxies, minutes, tax returns and any other instruments of writing of
<br />whatever kind pertaining to the real property described above.
<br />3. I, giving and granting unto said Attorney-in-fact full power to do and perform all and every act and thing
<br />whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes
<br />as I might or could do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that said attorney,
<br />Jeannette Maw, shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
<br />4. This Power of Attorney shall not be affected by my disability
<br />5. (A) Third parties may rely upon the representations of said attorney-in-fact as to all matters relating to
<br />any power granted to said agent, but no person may act in reliance upon the representations of said agent or
<br />the authority granted to said agent in any other action but for this specific power.
