<br /> - SCHEDtYLE OF LEASES: Within ten (20) days after demand, �rustor
<br /> � ehall furnieh to Trustee or Beneficiary a schedule, certified by
<br /> � Trueter, setting forth all leases o€ such property, including, in
<br /> eac� case, the name of the tenants or occupante, a description of
<br /> = the space oecupied by such tenant aad occupant, the reatal papable
<br /> '- for such space and such other iaformation and d�cuments with respect
<br />�.� to such leases and tenancies as the Trustee or Beneficiasy may
<br />�� requsst.

<br /> � COVENANTS OF TRUSTOR WiTH RESPECT TO LEASES: Without the prior
<br /> _ written consent of Truetee or 8eneficiary, Truetor ahall not,
<br />_ directly or indfrectly, with respect to any lease of apace in such
<br /> = property, whether such lease ie aot or hereafter i� existence: (a)
<br /> � accept or permit any prepayment,s diecount or advance payment of
<br /> ; rent h�thereunder; (b) canc�l or terminate the same, or accept any
<br /> cancellation, termination or surrender thereof, or permit any event
<br /> to occur which would entitle the lessee thereunder to terminate or
<br /> cancel the same; (c) amend or modify the same so as to reduce the
<br /> term thereo€, the rental payable thereunder, or to change any
<br /> renewal provisions therein contained; (d} waive any default
<br /> thereunder er breach thereof; (e) give any con$ent, waiver or
<br /> approval thereunder or take any other action in connection
