<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS;
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Successor Trustee under the terms of a
<br />certain Deed of Trust dated April 19, 2006, and filed for record in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on Apri12S, 2006, as Instrument Na. 200603662, wherein Tina
<br />M. Valdez, a Single Person, was identified as the Trustor;
<br />WHEREAS, said Successor Trustee has, upon default of the Trustor of the obligations
<br />contained in such Deed of Trust, caused Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given,
<br />and published as required by Chapter 76, Article 10, of the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the
<br />date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, BLAKE J. SCHULZ, Successor Trustee under a certain Deed of
<br />Trust dated April 19, 2006, and filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, on Apri125, 2006, as Instrument Na. 200603662; herein called the Grantor,
<br />for and in consideration of the sum of Seventy-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Six and
<br />87/100 Dollars ($78,996.87), as credit against the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust,
<br />received from Grantee as holder of the beneficial interest in such Deed of Trust, do hereby quit-
<br />claim, grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE
<br />CORPORATION, herein called the Grantee, the fallowing-described real estate in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska:
<br />THE EASTERLY THIRTY TWO AND FOUR TENTHS FEET (E 32.4') OF
<br />THE NORTHERLY NINETY AND THIRTY-FIVE HUNDREDTHS FEET (N
<br />90.35') OF LOT FOUR (4), IN BLOCK ONE HUNDRED THIRTY (130) IN
<br />KOENIG AND WIEBE'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the
<br />buildings, improvements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said
<br />Grantee and to Grantee's heirs, successors, and assigns forever.
