<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED UPON SALE

<br />EXCHANGE BANK, as Trustee, does hereby grant, transfer and convey, without covenant
<br />or warranty, expressed or implied, to EXCHANGE BANK, (hereinafter called "Grantee"), the
<br />following described real property:
<br />Lot Eight (8), in Block Ninety Four (94), in the Original Tov~m,
<br />now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures, accessories and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging.
<br />To have and to hold the above-described. property unto the Grantee, its successors and
<br />assigns.
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred upon the Trustee by a certain
<br />Deed of Trust dated December 3, 2008, executed by Noble Realty Holdings, LLC, A Nevada
<br />Limited Liability Company registered and authorized to da business in Nebraska, as Trustor. The
<br />Deed of Trust was recorded on December 5, 2008, as Instrument No. 200809981, of the records in
<br />the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, to secure the payment of a Promissory Nate in the
<br />original sum. of O~~e lIu~~dred Fifty-Nine Thousand Dollars ($'.59,000.00) and interest as therein
<br />provided.
<br />Default has occurred under the terms of said Deed of Trust and the obligations secured
<br />thereby, as mare particularly set forth in the Notice of Default retarded Apri12, 2010, in the Office
<br />of the Hall Caunty Register of Deeds, as Instrument No. 2010021.49. On April 9, 2010, a copy of
<br />the Notice of Default together with recording data shown thereon was mailed to the 'l"rustor by
<br />certified mail, return receipt requested.
<br />After the lapse of not less than one (1) month, EXCHANGE BANK, Trustee, through
<br />William A. Francis, lts Attorney, caused a Notice of Trustee's Sale to be publisled as required by
<br />law in The Grand. Island Independent, a newspaper having general circulation in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska. The publication was run ante a week for five (5) consecutive weeks, with the last
<br />publication occurring on June 5, 2010. A copy of the published Notice of Trustee's Sale was
<br />mailed to the Trustars as required by law.
<br />All applicable statutory provisions of the Statutes of the State of Nebraska and all
<br />provisions of floe above-described Deed of Trust have been fully complied with as to the acts to be
<br />performed and notices to be given... _
<br />The above-described real property was sold at public auction at the time and place of sale to
<br />the Grantee, it being the highest bidder at said sale, for the sum of One Hundred Sixty-Four
<br />Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Eight Dollars and Forty-Eight Cents ($164,778.48). The sale
<br />was conducted on the 17~h day of June, 2010, at 10:00 o'clock a.n~., the date and time set forth in
<br />the Notice of Sale.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned Trustee has executed this Trustee's Deed on the
<br />17th day of June,' 2010, by and through its President and. Chief Executive Officer.
