Marshall, Successor ~ ~ <br />Trustee of the Deborah K. Dalland Revocable Living Trust dated August 31, 2006, as ~ <br />amended, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable <br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey <br />and confirm unto William J. Lammers and Cindra S.
