<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island, ~ ~~
<br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed
<br />1~'y NORBERT H VOaEL AND DOREER`J VQIIEL, EACH IN HIS AND HER AWN RIGHT; AND AS
<br />SPOUSE OF EACH OTHER, as Trustor, in which EQUITABLE SANK, FKA THE
<br />EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA., A
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede,
<br />Attorney, as Trustee, dated OCTOBER iG, 1992, and recorded OCTOBER 16, 1992, in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 92-ios9s3
<br />regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by NORBERT B VOGEL AND DOREEN J VOGEL, EACH IN HIN AND HER OWN RIGHT, AND As
<br />sI'oUSE OF EACH OTHER, as trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK as
<br />Beneficiary, dated oeTOBER 16, 1992, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 92-ios9s3, has been paid, and the
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed
<br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
