<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Paints Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated June 13th, 2008 executed by Juan Munoz, a single person and
<br />Delmi Rodriguez, a single person, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #0200805199, on the 17th day of June, 2008, and
<br />an Modification Of Deed of Trust dated July 6th, 2009 executed by Juan Munoz, a single
<br />person and Delmi Rodriguez, a single person which was recorded in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, as Document #0200905573 on the 9th day of July, 2009,
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />LOT THREE (3), BLOCK THIRTY-EIGHT (3$), OF RUSSEL WHEELER'S
<br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of
<br />Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 7T" day of June, 2010.
