<br />DEED OF RECQNVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated February 2$, 2006, executed by Lett W. Brewer and Helen A. Brewer, ~'
<br />Husband and Wife, in which Five Points Bank is Warned as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />March 7, 2006, recorded as Instrument 0200601960, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />$ank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Ten (10) in Block Nine (9), in Clarkson's First Addition to the Village of Alda, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this $~' ay of June, 2010.
