To Handle Income Tax Matters. To generally act in my <br />behalf before any office of the Internal Revenue Service and <br />before any office of any state taxing agency with respect to the <br />preparation, filing and signing of any tax returns or other <br />reports required by such federal and/or state taxing agencies and <br />to represent me with respect to any of the above tax matters <br />during any audit or examination of such tax returns or reports <br />initiated by such taxing authorities for any taxable years. <br />13. To Do All Other Thin s Necessa in Connection Herewith. <br />In general to do all other acts, deeds, matters, and things <br />whatsoever in or about my estate, property and affairs or to <br />concur with persons jointly interested with myself therein in <br />doing all acts, deeds, matters and things herein, either <br />particularly or generally described, as fu],ly and effectually to <br />all intents and purposes as I could do in my own proper person if <br />personally present, it being my intent to grant to my said <br />attorney a general power to act for me in my behalf, and not a <br />limited or special power, limited to the specific acts herein <br />described. <br />14. Power of Attorne Effective Notwithatandin Disabilit <br />Princi al; Continues in Effect after Princi al's Death Until Notice. <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 30-2554 et. seq., Revised <br />Statutes of Nebraska, I declare that this power of attorney shall <br />not be affected by my subsequent disability or incapacity, and <br />that the authority granted herein shall continue during any <br />period while I am disabled or incapacitated. Further, pursuant <br />to said Statutes, all such authority shall continue after my <br />death, until such notice of such death shall have been received <br />by my attorney so that he has actual knowledge of the fact that I <br />have died.
