Powell, of Aurora, Hamilton County, Nebraska, true and <br />lawful attorney for me in my name, place and stead and on my <br />behalf, subject to the provisions of Paragraph 14 hereof, to do <br />and execute all or any of the following acts, deeds and things: <br />1. To Com ound Submit to Arbitration or Otherwise Settle <br />or Ad ust Differences.
