Woodward and Suzette A. Woodward as Trustor, in which <br />Heritage Bank, Grand Island, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, <br />thereby gives notice that a breach of an obligation for which the trust <br />property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of such <br />breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt payments as they became <br />due. You are hereby notified that because of such default the <br />indebtedness secured by said Trust Deed is accelerated and as of June <br />4, 2010, is in the amount of $314,526.97, accrued interest of $1,892.39 <br />plus daily accrual of $51.08, and in addition late charges of $1,640 and <br />attorney fees of $4,190.34, and you are further notified that because of <br />such default the undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be hold <br />the trust property to satisfy the obligations under the Trust Deed; the <br />trust property affected is as follows: <br />Lot Sixteen (16), in Mehring and Giesenhagen Second <br />Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska excepting there- <br />from atract of land more particularly described in <br />Deed recorded in Book 156, Page 400 <br />DATED this g ~ day of June, 2010. <br />David C.
