<br />person single person as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank as Trustee for the
<br />benefit of Nebraska Investment Finance Authorit the beneficiary named therein, dated December 22 1998,
<br />and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book N/A Page N/A or
<br />Instrument Number 98-112738 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA
<br />INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment
<br />retarded in Book Page or Instrument Number has been paid; and
