<br /> The undersigned, Hastings State Bank, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated June ,
<br />~
<br /> 1, 2006, wherein George Jay Jorgensen Beckby, a Single Person, is the Trustor, which was filed
<br /> for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on June 2, 2006, as
<br /> Instrument No. 200604978 and contains as trust property the following-described real estate:
<br />Parcel 1: THE NORTHERLY ONE HUNDRED AND FIVE TENTHS (N100.S)
<br />FEET OF THE EASTERLY TWO-THIRDS (E2/3) OF LOT ONE (1), IN
<br />BLOCK FIFTY-FOUR (S4), ORIGINAL TOWN OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA;
<br />and
<br />Parcel 2: THE SOUTHERLY THIRTY ONE AND NINE-TENTHS (531.9)
<br />FEET OF THE EASTERLY TWO-THIRDS (E2/3) OF LOT ONE (1), IN
<br />BLOCK FIFTY-FOUR (54), ORIGINAL TOWN OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA;
<br />which is commonly known as 123 E South Front St, Grand Island, Nebraska;
<br />together with all existing or subsequently erected ar affixed buildings, improvements and
<br />fixtures; all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances; all water, water rights and ditch rights
<br />(including stock in utilities with ditch or irrigation rights); and all other rights, royalties, and
<br />profits relating to the real property, including without limitation all minerals, oil, gas, geothermal
<br />and similar matters, all of which was referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Real Property";
<br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustor for the reason that said Trustor has failed to make
<br />the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of Trust.
<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be
<br />sold the above Real Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated June 1, 2006,
<br />and modified by Change in Terms Agreements dated July 2, 2009, September 1, 2009, and
<br />December 31, 2009, owing from Trustar to the Beneficiary, HASTINGS STATE BANK,
<br />pursuant to the terms of the Trust Deed referred to above, which secures this abli ation.
