Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated .tune o9, 2000, and recorded .Tune <br />15, 2000, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Haii County, Nebraska as Instrument <br />No. 0200004902 regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by Edward x. Conroy and Kirn R. Conroy, Husband and Wife, aS trustor, to Earl D. <br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of Equitable Bank fka The Equitable <br />Building 8~v Loan Association, FSB as Beneficiary, dated ,Tune 09, 2000, and recorded in <br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. <br />0200004902, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed <br />of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />3.
