Groshanns, a single ~ <br /> person, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable ~ <br />~ <br /> consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey <br /> and confirm unto John V.
