<br />DEED OF RFCONVEYANCE
<br />WI IEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, Security Agreement, Assignment of
<br />Leases and Rents, Financing Statement and Fixture Filing dated March l3, 2008, executed by Nall, Inc.
<br />("Trustor") in favor of John Jolley, Jr., a member of the Nebraska bar, as trustee, for the benefit. of AXIS
<br />Capital, LLC recorded on March 14, 2008 in the Register of Deeds Oftice of the County of 1-1x11,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200802163, as corrected by affidavit to AXIS Capital, Inc. ("Beneficiary")
<br />recorded on November 4, 2009 in the Register of Deeds Offiice of the County of ].Tall, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument No. 0200908804 (as modified, hereinafter referred to as the "Trust Deed"), encumbering the
<br />real property legally described therein, as affected by that Substitution of Trustee dated November 4,
<br />2009 and recorded November 4, 2009 as Instrument No. 0200908805 in the Office of the [tegister of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska appointing Danielle J. Amorena, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, successor trustee ("Substitute Trustee") under said Trust Deed, has been paid in full, and
<br />Substitute 'l~rustee has been requested in writing to execute and deliver this llced of Reconveyance;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary under the 'T'rust Deed, the undersigned, Substitute Trustee, does by these presents, grant,
<br />remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto a portion of the interest: and estate
<br />derived to Substitute Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, such portion legally described on the attached
<br />Exhibit-A, together with all buildings, tixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
