<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by J.I.L.
<br /> Asphalt Paving Co. to TierOne Bank, Trustee and Beneficiary, dated May 27, 2005, and recorded June
<br /> 10, 2005 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in Instrument
<br /> #0200505231, has been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance
<br /> be executed and delivered.
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br /> the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br /> the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br /> Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br /> "All of Lot One (1) and the Westerly 1320' of Lot Two (2), all in Section One (1) in Township
<br /> Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting certain
<br /> tracts more particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 96-101623;
<br /> Corporation Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 96-105979 and Corporation Warranty
<br /> Deed recorded as Document No, 96-105980"

<br /> TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
