<br />whatsoever of said Deceased in and to the same, or any part thereof.

<br />Grantees and Grantees' heirs and assigns forever, and the Grantors
<br />hereby covenant that the real property herein described is free and
<br />clear of any lien or encumbrance caused by any claim for taxes levied
